How to wear the Mueller Green Fitted Wrist Brace:

• Undo the velcro straps and slide your hand into the brace, making sure your palm is placed on the bottom stay (the one that is curved upwards)
• Insert your thumb into the side loop
• Tighten the straps to ensure a snug fit over your wrist
